1 Dress, 3 Ways

This is one of those dresses that I just can't stop wearing. I love it so much, that even though the pattern and coloration is technically in the fall color scheme I'm updating it with spring jackets. However, any of these outfits can also be worn in the fall as well. Don't be afraid to mix and match seasons. It doesn't have to be all or nothing. The best thing to do is find pieces that you love and make you feel amazing. That confidence and energy will shine through no matter if you're "in season" or not.
DENIM JACKET
I love pairing a dress with a denim jacket. It says "Hi, I'm friendly and put together. Come talk to me." Jean jackets are like daisies. They truly are a universal jacket that look good on all body types and lots of different clothing items. The one I'm still rocking right now is from PAIGE and has a touch of faux shearling detail. As the weather continues to get warmer, I'm going to swap it out for my lighter and non shearling denim jacket from J Crew.
UTILITY JACKET
Utility jackets are always huge in the spring and fall. The one I'm wearing right now is from Marrakech (mine is no longer sold, but this one is close) and it feels like a dream. The only downside to mine is that I can't roll up the sleeves, but I don't care because the fabric is so light weight that I'll be able to wear it through most weather situations. I personally love a cropped style because I can wear it with skirts and dresses. I love mixing masculine and feminine details, so I usually don't wear mine with denim.
WHITE BLAZER
Wake up your wardrobe with a white blazer. It's like a white shirt and white boyfriend cardigan combined. It elevates and chicifies (technical term) any outfit. I love this one from Evereve because the length is a little longer than I usually go for, but it looks awesome with pants and shorter dressed. The fabric is a crepe material so it flows around the body and doesn't feel too corporate.
