3 Ways to Wear Spring Pants

Sometimes pants are the only option. Depending on what you're doing that day, the weather, and just your over all mood pants can be a great option. I've got three different looks for such occasions. Let's dive in.

OPTION 1

White denim is such a force in your closet. If you go for optic white is reads country club, nautical, and summer. Going for something in more of an ecru works for a little more sophistication. Think date night, office, etc. However, white denim can feel intimidating. I always like to pair these pieces back to basics, like a blue oxford shirt. It's timeless fashion that you will reach for again and again. This is a great running around outfit, going to the park, getting all the things done outfit. Kuddos if you can keep sweet sticky fingers off for the entire day!

OPTION 2

A great outfit for business casual Friday. I love pairing a blouse with denim. There's something so fun about the balance between sophistication and casual that reads well. These cropped and distressed wide leg denim pants are from PAIGE. This is a new brand for me, but oh my goodness are they soft. A wide leg in the summer is such a fun way to spruce up your denim look before going back to the slick skinnies and boot cuts of fall and winter. Pair this outfit with leather, wood, and woven accessories for a truly spring/summer vibe.

OPTION 3

Linen, although it wrinkles, is a great material to have in your spring and summer rotation. Because these pants are in a grey green color the wrinkles don't show up as much, and after all does it really matter unless you're getting your photo taken? Pair these fun high waisted utility pants with a button down for a 1940's vibe. I also like playing with woven details here and beaded bracelets for that summer accessory update.
