Today we are talking about those gatherings with family and friends that are on the more casual side. What are you going to wear? Let's dive in to some more casual options while still elevating the everyday.

When gathering for a casual event, I think the thing that trumps everything is the venue. Think venue, occasion, then people. If the venue is fancy, but the people you're celebrating with are not go fancy. You will never feel out of place if you're dressed up a little more.

If you're still not sure about what to wear, then I think a dress is always the right choice. You move and feel differently in a dress. It will never let you down. Grab one in white, cream, milk, oat, etc. Something that says summer and have fun.

If it is truly a casual get together, then you can still dress up your look a bit with a button down. Shorts and a button down are a go to outfit formula for summer.
