Simple Everyday Fall Makeup

When I was thinking about what look to do for the week I was inspired not only by my new Lisa Eldridge lip products, but also by a lot of the simple makeup I was seeing on the J.Crew website. J.Crew does some really interesting photography for their website, and I think it's a great resource for everyday staples as well as paying attention to the model's makeup. The 1990's are coming back in beauty this year my friends, so we are embracing a lighter makeup look...or at least trying to, and adding in lots of skin tone colors.
To keep this look simple, fresh, and everyday easy I think there are a few key takeaways. Use minimal products, and keep the eyes simple. I am one to get lost in mixing shades for days on my eyes, but lately I've been really trying to reign it in for a cleaner look. I've chosen to use only two eyeshadow shades on my eyes, minimal liner, and my new Luxuriously Lucent Lip Colour in Spirited Away.
Another thing to keep in mind with this easy everyday makeup is the skin. Your skin HAS to look like skin and it has to look healthy. Fall is a great time to focus on skincare before the harsh winter attacks your skin. Add a little highlighter, some color from your lipstick to your cheeks and you look refreshed, put together, and not over done.
