Bridal Brunch Makeup

The day after the wedding there is usually another event for you, as the bride, to get ready for. This one you're usually doing your own makeup. You want it to be effortless, but chic. You have a lot on your mind that morning, and you probably don't have a lot of time to get ready since you and your significant other are part host. I've got a few tips and tricks to help you get ready for this fun morning of congratulations from friends and family.

The most important thing to remember is that while there may be photographs being snapped this morning, you do not have to feel like you need to look perfect. I like to think of this makeup as polished and photogenic. It also won't take you ages. Keep the skin clean looking and add a bit of highlight or a glowy blush for a soft look. Don't go too heavy on the eyes because it's breakfast/brunch, and your eyes might be slightly puffy from all that partying the night before.

Wear a gloss that compliments your skin tone, but won't look crazy if it rubs off on a glass (because it will). Lastly, hydration is key here. Hydrating your body with water and your skin with moisture.
