Hello friends! Welcome to another summer makeup look. Today we are focusing on the eyes with the quintessential bronze eye makeup look. However, I've taken out a lot of the eyeshadow mixing that I used last time, I used less brushes, and kept it pretty basic for your daytime bronze eye look. I am also featuring another of my favorite female run brands: Charlotte Tilbury! So let's get started.

We start off this look just like any other makeup look, with a cleansed face, skincare freshly applied, and clean brushes. I always start with my eyeshadow primer so that it has a little time to sink into the skin. I'm focusing on the eye today so I'm not going to do the lips first, and I'm not going to finish the skin until after the eyes are done. This is a great way to make sure that everything is pointing back toward the focus of the look: the eyes! It also helps with any fallout that might happen.
After getting the basics done on the complexion side: corrector, concealer, foundation; I'm diving into the eye look. To save time on any makeup look, the more you can use your hands instead of brushes the faster you will be. However, hands can sometimes lead to sloppy makeup, so I opted for brushes. But, Charlotte's cream shadows can be used with fingers as well for an even faster look. Also, because of my face and eye shape I decided to add a little more depth on the outer corners. If you have smaller eyes and want to keep this look really basic, just wear the bronzer and the cream shadow. Feel free to skip the last step of applying the extra eyeshadow.
Last tip: Mix and match your lipsticks and glosses for different looks. Don't get bogged down with just one. You can warm or cool down a lipstick with just a swipe of gloss, which you'll see in the video tomorrow. Kitten Mischief, by Lisa Eldridge was running a touch pink on me with the bronze eyes, so I decided to add a little Go Lightly gloss to pull the lips in a warmer direction.
I love this easy breezy bronze makeup look, and it goes great with just about anything for summer. I hope you enjoy the tutorial, and all the information will be listed below and in the description box on YouTube. Thanks for stopping by, and I will see you soon!
