I know what you're thinking. Oh my goodness Jancyn, we've heard about these bags for years now, and we're over it...are you sure? Well I thought I was too. I also thought that they wouldn't work for me and my Mama lifestyle. Sometimes when bags (or anything) are marketed so hard on social media it turns me off because it feels like influencers are just doing it for the money or "likes," and I want to ask them, but what do you really think? I also found it impossible to find reviews from moms with two kiddos about the bags being used as diaper/snack/adventure bags. **Any outing that requires snacks, drinks for the kiddos, diapers, etc. is an adventure in our house**
Two of the best reviews I've seen are from Mel in Melbourne and Chase Amie. The other problem I kept running into was, what size? Do I want the midi or the regular? I knew I wanted to pebbled leather from Mel's review about the incredible wear and tear, but because a lot of the reviewers were petite in height I didn't feel like I could get a good grip on the size of the bag.
Let's get a few things straight. I'm not afraid of a big bag (I have the GM LV Neverfull which I think is amazing), but I was having issues with fitting this bag into my everyday life of running around with the kiddos. I didn't want to bring a designer bag to the park, and it didn't fit in my stroller. I needed something hand free because my of my kiddos are both on the move, so I needed something that could convert to a backpack and a crossbody. Last, but not least, I also wanted something that I would use as the kiddos got older and didn't need so much stuff when we went to the zoo or museums. When trying to figure out my next Mama bag purchase, I felt like the reviews on the Senreve Maestra bag were mixed, and most women ended up getting both the midi and the full size. I wasn't completely sure that was a financially sound option for me at this point, so I told myself I was only going to keep one.

PRO'S FOR THE MAESTRA
For reference, I'm 5'7" and a small in clothing. If you have the Louis Vuitton Speedy 30, it is very similar length wise. This is excellent news for Mama's who are still using a stroller, because the Speedy 30 is a great stroller size. Bougie? Maybe, but sometimes a Mama needs a little handbag gloss to get through adventures.
The Maestra is also easy to open and close with the flap, and has an excellent zipper. I don't live in a big city where I feel the need to do all the zipping and latching of the bag, so I walk around with it accessible all the time without a problem. The conversion from a hand held, to cross body, to backpack is, as my three year old would say, easy peasy. I've heard some negative comments about the transitions, but I honestly don't know what people are talking about. I've gone grocery shopping with both kiddos, run errands, and gone on outings with this bag and it is incredible.

PRO'S FOR THE MIDI
Same as above, but the bag is smaller. If you have older kiddos, a smaller frame, or you don't feel the need to bring so much stuff with you when you leave the house, this is the bag for you. A lot of reviewers have talked about the laptop space for both bags, but I'm a stay at home Mama right now so I don't need that function. If you are a working Mama, or want to use this bag for travel you should absolutely take the laptop pocket size into consideration.

PRO'S FOR SENREVE
The quality of the product is oh so lovely. The leather is gorgeous, and when you hold the bag you know in your soul (too dramatic?), that this is an amazing piece of craftsmanship. My friends, it drips quality. The Maestra is a bag that will go with you on all your Mama adventures, mishaps, and errands. If you get the pebbled leather version you can get a little rain on it while at the zoo, be sprayed at the grocery store by the vegetable sprayers, and have your kiddos put their sunscreeny hands all over your bag without fear (OK, my heart was beating a little fast when this happened, but I used baby wipes to get the sunscreen off and the bag looks100% again).
The customer service from Senreve is also incredible. I ordered both the Maestra and the midi to see which size I wanted to keep. I also ordered the bags in different colors to make sure I got the right one. I knew right away that I wanted to keep the Maestra size, but I wasn't 100% sure about my chestnut color choice. I thought I might want to go with the Sand instead. I spoke with a customer service agent and they told me they would honor my sign up discount for the color exchange and gave me a return label right away. I later decided that I wanted to keep my chestnut color bag (because it went with almost everything in my closet more than the Sand), and let them know about my choice. It was no problem, and they sent me a new return address label so that there was no confusion on their end. I also chatted with a service representative about color options and they helped me out with better descriptions of the colors.

Lastly, I love that the company was started by women, for women. These ladies have thought this bag through. I've only had my Maestra for a few months, but I am sold 100% on the company and the bag. If you are looking for an upgraded luxury Mama bag that will take you beyond diapers and sippy cups, think seriously about Senreve. Here is the bag I kept: Maestra in pebbled leather in Chestnut .
